As part of the Tears Roll Down (Greatest Hits 82-92) promotional campaign, Polygram Records in Canada pressed a limited amount of a compilation entitled Tears Laid Low. The disc was meant to act as a compliment to the hits collection (although I'm not certain who the intended audience was) and consists of thirteen b-sides, two of which had not been featured on compact disc before. Very few of these were made, and copies have been known to command upwards of $100 on eBay. This item is just further proof that Canadians get all the cool stuff.
