Raoul And The Kings Of Spain was Roland's second LP as the sole member of TFF, and was released on the Sony/Epic record label in October 1995. Advance promos of the album were issued to radio and other industry types in at least five different countries. The US promo pictured here features artwork different from the eventual commercial release. The album arrived a full three months overdue, as Roland decided at the last minute to leave the Mercury label for Epic. This happened after Mercury had already started promotion of the album, thus Mercury advance promos with a different tracklisting exist as well.
