Mad World was TFF's first hit single (reaching #3 in the UK charts), and it was also the first single to be released in a limited edition format. In this case, there were two: a gatefold double pack and a shrinkwrapped double pack. The gatefold version features a slightly different picture sleeve than the standard single as well as two exclusive records. Record #1 plays both versions of the song ('Single Version' and 'World Remix') while record #2 plays 'Suffer The Children (Remix)' and 'Ideas As Opiates (Single Version)'. A picture of the Hurting boy is featured on the inner gatefold.
