Both Mad World and Change saw standard 7" single releases in Germany, however in 1983 they were combined and released as this unique double A-side. The Mad World picture sleeve is featured on the front along with the serial number, while the Change picture sleeve is featured on the reverse. It's interesting to note that this record plays the 'World Remix' of 'Mad World', however the song isn't identified as such on the label. A Greek pressing of this double A-side also exists, presumably with the same sleeve design.
